Mila WOW BLONDE bleaching powder that allows you to achieve flawless blonde shades, thanks to the ability to safely lighten hair up to 9 tones. Provides precise neutralization of unwanted shades, reducing the residual natural and cosmetic melanin. The technology, based on biomimetic keratin, rebuilds bonds in the hair structure and reduces its brittleness. Baobab oil, rich in fatty acids and vitamins, nourishes and moisturizes the hair.
Dust-free formula guarantees easy application of the product.
Application: Mix bleaching powder with Mila developer (1.9%, 3%, 6%, 9%, or 12%) in a non-metallic bowl in a ratio of 1:1.5 or 1:2, depending on chose technique and lightening level. Apply the mixture onto dry, previously unwashed hair. Check the hair every couple of minutes. Exposure time varies from 5 to 50 minutes, depending on the desired result, hair type, condition, and chosen technique. After bleaching, thoroughly rinse and wash the hair with a shampoo.
