Application: Blonding Powder must be mixed thoroughly with Kadus oxidizing emulsion. Select emulsion concentration depending on the desired result. Apply the mixture to unwashed hair. The exposure time depends on the hairs condition and the desired intensity and to make sure of it, it’s recommended to check your hair every 5-10 minutes. The maximum exposure time should not exceed 50 minutes. Rinse thoroughly using shampoo.
