Delivery policy

Please take note that certain brands - ARTEGO, Montibello, and KEUNE - can't be shipped outside of Latvia due to brand restrictions. If you can organize the shipping, we will send the products with your chosen shipping company or person.

 

Order processing

Order processing can take 1-3 business days if all the items are in the central warehouse, and more if any of our items are in one of our regional stores.

 

Orders are processed and completed on business days from 9:00 to 17:00.

Delivery

1. Take out the order in one of our stores

It is possible to take out the order FREE OF CHARGE in any of the "Frizieru Serviss" stores. The order can also be received in Ventspils "Frizieru Serviss" store by priorly arranging it with the online store.

 

The store "Frizieru Serviss" in Ventspils city, at the address Ganību street 2, is a cooperation partner of SIA Lielmuiža.

 

You will be notified about the availability of the order in the store by e-mail, text message, or phone call. The order should be taken out in 7 days' time. If the order is not taken within this period, your order will be canceled and the ordered products will be returned to the warehouse.

 

To take out the order, it will be necessary to name your order number.

2. Receive the order through an Omniva parcel terminal

It is also possible to receive the order through an Omniva parcel terminal. Delivery to parcel terminals takes place within 1-3 business days after order processing. The exception is delivery delays, for which the customer is warned on our website in the form of a banner.

 

CAUTION!

Delivery to the Omniva parcel terminal can be realized only if the size of the order/product does not exceed the specified dimensions of the shipment (39 x 38 x 64 cm) and weight (~ 30 kg).

3. Order delivery by Omniva courier (to the door)

If you choose delivery by courier, the order is delivered to the customer's door. To ensure optimal service, the customer must provide a correct and up-to-date phone number.

 

Delivery of orders is provided on business days from 8:00 to 17:00. Delivery is provided within 1-3 business days after order processing.

4. Delivery in Europe with DPD

If you choose delivery by courier, the order is delivered to the customer's door. To ensure optimal service, the customer must provide a correct and up-to-date phone number.

 

Delivery of the order is provided on business days from 8:00 to 20:00.

5. Delivery in Finland, Poland, and Sweden with HRX terminal

It is possible to receive the order through a HRX parcel terminal. Delivery to parcel terminals takes place within 2-3 business days after order processing and shipping out. The exception is delivery delays, for which the customer is warned on our website in the form of a banner.

 

CAUTION!

Delivery to the HRX parcel terminal can be realized only if the size of the order/product does not exceed the specified dimensions of the terminal. In such cases, the customer is warned in writing by e-mail.
