Questions about orders

After making the order, you will receive an email that we have started assembling it.

Depending on the chosen delivery method, you will either receive a text message/call to inform you that your order is ready for a pickup or receive a tracking number that your order has shipped out.

No. After placing the order, we will need to confirm the availability of the items, and only after receiving a text message or a call, can you go pick up your order.

Yes. If you are experiencing difficulties with ordering or wish to make a specific order - adjust the quantities of products you want or make a VAT-free order (only EU countries for VAT-paying customers).

Yes. If you can't pick up your order and want someone else to do it, you should inform us via email or a text message that you want someone else to pick up your order. To pick up the order, your chosen person will need to know the order number.

We offer a 2 year warranty for all our professional tools - clippers, trimmers, hairdryers, curlers, straighteners, etc.

Unfortunately, due to EU regulations, the price is dependent on the destination country. The item price will be recalculated in the cart after submitting an address and the destination country's VAT will be applied to the items.
