Distance contract
Company, SIA Hair Di, Registration no. 40103243724, legal address: Vasaras iela 44, Jūrmala, LV-2008 (hereinafter - the Seller), provides the products available in the 4HAIR.LV online store (hereinafter - 4HAIR.LV), and provides them in accordance with the Terms of Distance contract below.
General terms
If the visitor of 4HAIR.LV and the person placing the order (hereinafter - the Buyer) purchases products through the website, then such mutual agreement is considered a Distance contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate Distance contracts, including, but not limited to, "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights" of the Republic of Latvia, the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on Distance Contracts", etc.
Making a purchase
The prices and specifications of the products sold on 4HAIR.LV are indicated next to the products. To place an order, the Buyer needs to add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery is then displayed on the screen. Make payment for your purchase to complete your order.
Payment terms
4HAIR.LV prices are indicated in EUR. All prices shown include value added tax and other taxes. The final amount of the purchase depends on the country of delivery and the method of delivery, which is calculated in the shopping cart after the delivery is selected.
You can pay for the purchase by choosing the following payment methods:
• Latvian online bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor and Revolut
• Estonian online bank payments: Revolut
• Lithuanian online bank payments: Revolut
• PayPal payment
• Bank Transfer
• Payment with a card (Klix)
• In cash on the spot at Latgales Street 240
NB! Using the online banking payment method, confirm the order and click the "Return to merchant" button.
After confirming the payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail specified by the Buyer and the Seller will start processing of the order. It is also possible to track the status of the order from the "My Account" -> "Order history and details" section.
Personal data required for making payments are transferred to a licensed payment institution Citadele AS or PayPal (Europa) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A..
The contract comes into force upon successful payment to the bank account of the Seller. If for some reason it will not be possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed about it and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the notification.
Terms of delivery
The goods are delivered to all countries of the European Union, except Cyprus and Malta, as well as to Switzerland and Norway. Purchased goods are delivered using: Omniva parcels and courier, DPD parcels and courier, Venipak parcels, as well as using on-site pickup in "Frizieru Serviss" stores.
All fees and taxes that must be paid to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be borne by the Buyer. Shipping costs are displayed in the cart, after selecting the appropriate shipping method.
After shipping, the purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer:
• Within Latvia: within 1-3 business days
• Within the Baltic region: within 3-4 business days
• Within the European Union: within 5-7 business days
• Within Switzerland, Norway: within 5-9 business days
In exceptional cases, the Seller has the right to send the goods up to 45 calendar days after informing the Buyer.

Order cancellation
It is possible to cancel the order by contacting the Seller by e-mail (info@4hair.lv) or phone number (+371 67676712). It is possible to cancel the order until it has been sent and received, after receiving the order the Buyer can use his right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to refuse the order or individual products within 14 days from the day of receiving the order, without giving a reason. The deadline for using the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the time of receiving the order, regardless of whether the order is received by the Buyer, or a third party selected by the Buyer. If the end of the term falls on an "officially" designated holiday in the country, the right of withdrawal can be exercised until the business day following the end date of the said term (including it).
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller - SIA Hair Di - by e-mail (info@4hair.lv), personally coming to the store, or by mail. You can use our opt-out forms, which are available on the 4HAIR.LV website (Opt-out form in PDF format) or submit a free-form application.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if the Buyer submits or sends their notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Attention! During the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the right to use the goods in so far as it is necessary for the verification of the goods (to the same extent as it could have been done before the purchase of the goods at the normal store). By exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer shall be responsible for the use of the goods in excess of those intended for the purpose of the examination of the goods, for the use of the product within a period of withdrawal which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the reduction in the value, quality, and safety of the goods.
The Buyer must send the goods back or hand them over to the Seller on-site - Latgales Street 240, Riga, Latvia, LV-1063 -, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the Buyer announced the withdrawal from the order. The deadline will be met if the Buyer sends the goods back before the end of the 14-day period.
Products can be returned using the Omniva return code or returned locally at the Seller's store. The Seller does not cover additional shipping costs that may occur when returning the goods.
Clause 22 of Ministers Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014, Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts, states that the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
• The consumer has opened a package for a product that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (for such items as a beard shaver, beard/hair trimmer, hair clipper, hair straighteners, hair care and styling products, and other similar items).
Refunds
If the Buyer withdraws from their order, the Seller shall refund all payments received from the Buyer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred because the Buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller), without unreasonable delay and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day the Seller was informed of the Buyer's decision to cancel the order.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the item has been returned or the Buyer has provided proof that the item(s) have been returned, whichever comes first.
Refunding will be done using the same payment method that the Buyer used for the original transaction.
Consumer's rights for non-conforming goods
The Seller ensures the replacement, repair, or return of a product that does not comply with the Distance contract, based on the procedures established in the regulations and considering the requirements of the relevant legal acts of the Republic of Latvia.
The buyer can file a complaint about low-quality goods or an incomplete order by sending an e-mail to info@4hair.lv or by calling the phone number +371 67676712.
When submitting a complaint, the Buyer must specify: the order number, describe the product's defect (if possible, attach a photo), or specify the missing product.
The Seller is not responsible for defects that occurred after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the elimination of defects in the goods or exchange for new goods free of charge.
If it is impossible to repair or replace the products, the Seller returns to the Buyer all payments provided for in the Distance contract. The Seller shall respond to the Buyer's complaint within 14 days.
Processing of personal data of the Buyer
The Seller processes only the personal data entered by the Buyer when ordering products, such as name, surname, e-mail, phone number, etc.
The Seller transfers personal data to the delivery service provider/-s to ensure the delivery of the products.

Dispute resolution procedure
In matters that are not discussed in these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The parties resolve all disputes between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If it is not possible to resolve the dispute through negotiations or correspondence, disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller can be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Center for resolution.
